ZDB(X) axial flow electric submersible pump and HDB(X) mixed flow electric submersible pump are new-generation mechanical-electrical-integrated products, the motor and pump are coaxial, and they don't need any transmission mechanism, thus removing various losses from mechanical transmission.
The pump section adopts excellent hydraulic model of national uniform design, with high reliability, and it is interchangeable with traditional water pump, thus convenient for users to select.
The motor is dry, totally-enclosed, three-phase asynchronous submersible motor, with protection level of IP68, and can realize 24h/d continuous and intermittent operation.
The whole machine adopts the independently developed electromagnetic computer optimization design and computational procedure(under the condition of adopting reinforced waterproof insulation, solve several key technologies such as large submersible motor electromagnetic and structural design, etc); motor full waterproof insulation technology, class-F (resistance to 155ºC) moisture-proof insulation; submersible motor temperature rise technology (through design improvement on ventilation and heat dispersion as well as electromagnetic structure, thoroughly solve the problem of temperature rise of stator and rotor of large motors); motor seal and cable seal and seepage prevention technology; the structure of pressure reduction for first mechanical seal and three-layer mechanical seal (greatly improve the working condition of mechanical seal and improve the service life of mechanical seal); dynamic and static insulation (leakage current) on-line monitoring, intelligent protection control technology, etc.
The electric submersible pump can work underground safely and for a long time and is waterproof. It is the ideal substitution of traditional water pump and has a series of incomparable advantages of traditional units.
Since the motor and water pump are integrated into one, the field installation is simple, convenient and fast, and the assembling processes of aligning the motor - transmission mechanism - water pump axes in construction field, which consumes time and labor, is not needed.

ZDB axial flow ESP and HDB mixed flow ESP constitute the most effective solution to the flood problem that threatens the pump stations situated along rivers and lakes with great fluctuation of water level and those located in low-lying lands. Also, the solution saves the long axis and intermediate axis that are previously supposed to be necessary between the motor and pump, ensuring more stable and reliable running of the pumping units.

The axial flow ESP is a good option when a pump with low head and high flow is required, while the mixed flow ESP, for its high efficiency and good cavitation resistance, is applicable to the scenario, where water level changes greatly and a high head is required, the transmission medium is raw water or slightly polluted water, and the maximum temperature of transmitted liquid is 50ºC.
