ZDBXQ axial flow electric submersible pump and HDBXQ mixed flow electric submersible pump are new-generationmechanical-electrical-integrated products, the motor and pump are coaxial, and they don't need any transmission mechanism, thus removing various losses from mechanical transmission. The pump section adopts excellent hydraulic model of national uniform design, with high reliability, and it is interchangeable with traditional water pump, thus convenient for users to select.
The motor is dry, totally-enclosed, three-phase asynchronous submersible motor, with protection level of IP68, and can realize 24h/d continuous and intermittent operation.
The whole machine adopts the independently developed electromagnetic computer optimization design and computational procedure (under the condition of adopting reinforced waterproof insulation, solve several key technologies such as large submersible motor electromagnetic and structural design, etc); motor full-waterproof insulation technology, class-F (resistance to 155ºC) moisture-proof insulation; submersible motor temperature rise technology (through design improvement on ventilation and heat dispersion as well as electromagnetic structure, thoroughly solve the problem of temperature rise of stator and rotor of large motors); motor seal and cable seal and seepage prevention technology.
